Victorian Charm with Modern Amenities

Our 4 1/2 star Victorian B&B is located in historic Olde Charlottetown, just one block from the harbour. Park your vehicle and walk to excellent restaurants, theatres, boutiques and waterfront boardwalks. Our inn is surrounded by large homes on a tree-lined street. Victorian lampposts with hanging baskets complement the streetscape. Enjoy the comforts of home while experiencing the convenience of downtown living.

History
Contractor William H. Fraser built our home in 1884. Mr. Fraser was responsible for the construction of other buildings in Charlottetown, including the Kirk of St James and City Hall. Our home has experienced many changes in its history. Mary Jane Moore was the original occupant of the home and her family maintained ownership of the house until 1915. Since then, the home has been an apartment house, a nursing home, a boarding house, back to a private residence and now a 4 1/2 star Bed and Breakfast Inn.

Accommodation

Our inn features four second floor guest bedrooms, each with private ensuite bathroom and a third floor Loft Apartment Suite which sleeps up to 5. Each room has been carefully decorated with period antiques in keeping with the Victorian fashion of the day. Rooms include queen, king or single beds, duvets, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, VCR and wireless internet access. Each room has comfortable seating and ample light to relax, read or watch TV.
