Description: |
This Victorian home was constructed in 1884 and has been lovingly restored and exquisitely appointed. Our Inn is located only two blocks from the center of historic Charlottetown, an easy walk to two waterfronts, parks, museums, art galleries, theatres, boutiques and restaurants. We are a scenic half-hour drive to the north shore and Cavendish Beach.
Each of the guest rooms features unique decor with its own private ensuite bathroom, period antique furnishings, comfortable seating for two, cable TV, overhead ceiling fans, pictures and objects d'art.

Guest rooms feature air-conditioning, ceiling fans, period antiques, pictures, duvets,
comfortable seating with ample light, TV, DVD & VCR and hardwood floors. All rooms have private
baths. Guest rooms are on the second floor. Loft Suite is on 3rd floor and sleeps up to 4 with breakfast or 5 without breakfast.

Policy: |
A deposit is required on all reservations. We have a 10 day deposit refund cancellation policy. If less than 4 days notice is provided, no additional charges will be made if we are able to rebook your reservation dates at full rates. If we are unable to fully re-book, we will require payment for the difference. |

| Driving Directions: |
From Confederation Bridge
After crossing the Confederation Bridge from New Brunswick, follow the highway until you see signs to Charlottetown, this fork will take you onto Highway 1 East, a pretty 45 minute drive. As you approach Charlottetown, passing through Cornwall, you will go through 3 or 4 sets of lights with motels, donut shops and an Esso gas station on your right. Shortly after passing a U-Haul sign to your right, Highway 1 filters right and becomes University Avenue. (Do not go straight ahead or left.).... Follow University to the very end in the centre of town, you will be facing a war memorial ...turn right and you are on Grafton Street ... Charlotte's Rose Inn is at 11 Grafton ... three blocks away.
From Wood Island Ferry
From the ferry exit, follow the signs to Charlottetown (Highway 1 West) After a scenic 45 minute drive, you will pass through the town of Stratford; there will be a bridge ahead of you and a large Esso gas station on your left. Cross the bridge and at the other end, continue straight and you will be on Grafton Street. Charlotte's Rose Inn is at the other end of town - about a five minute. We are at No. 11

Park either on our side of the street or in one of the three spots at the side of our home.
